Job Requirements:
- Higher Degree in Electricity and Electronics or Electronic, Electrical, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, in sectors such as automotive, food, metal, pharmaceutical, among others.
- Knowledge in the management and implementation of turnkey projects (electrical design, PLC programming, SCADA, AGVS, industrial robotics, etc.)
- Proactive person with a desire to work in a team and grow in a demanding environment.
- Customer and continuous improvement orientation
- Experience in project management: work coordination, requirements gathering, task planning and follow-up with the client on project progress.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the electrical installation of our clients’ plants, ensuring compliance with safety and health policies, as well as deadlines, quality standards, and costs.
- Negotiation and closing of contracts with different subcontractors.
- Coordinate the different subcontractors for all matters related to the construction of the project.
- Permanent collaboration with the Engineering Department to find the best technical solutions.
- Meet the project’s needs in terms of deadlines and quality of work.
- Ensure that the various subcontracts have the necessary material and tools to carry out the work.
- Planning of the construction phases, ensuring the internal and external resources
necessary for the complete construction. - Schedule control.
- Control the yields achieved for each of the project activities.
- Cost control.
- Prepare and implement acceleration plans to meet the agreed deadlines.
- Carry out the forecast of materials needed for the correct execution of the
- Ensure project planning, analyzing possible deviations and improvement plans for each item.
- You will coordinate with the client in all aspects necessary for the correct execution of the projects.
- Design/manage and have decision-making capacity for the assembly of the installation from the beginning, as well as the ability to find quick solutions to adversities.
