Essential requirements
Job Requirements:
- Technical or Higher Engineering Degree (Telecommunications, Industrial, Computer Science, etc.)
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems (MRP, MPS, WMS, MES, GMAO, etc.) and relationship with the ERP.
- Knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, ROBOT, SCADA…)
- Knowledge of production processes and supply chain (Aggregate production plan, production scheduling, execution, interactions with WMS systems…)
- Important to have good analytical, communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of good industrial practices and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in analysis and work coordination tasks, requirements gathering and task planning.
- High level of English is essential.
- Availability to travel for national and international projects.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in industrial consultancies identifying improvements in current processes through a comprehensive analysis of the process, people and technologies.
- Conduct a specific study to diagnose the degree of digital and automation maturity of the company.
- Identify those industrial processes that are likely to incorporate industrial automation and digitization technologies such as implementation of AGVS, industrial robotics, MES/MOM systems, digital twin…
- Design and development of an industrial plan “Road Map” that includes the phases, technologies and implementation costs thereof.
