- Technical Engineer or Higher Degree (Telecommunications, Industrial, Computer Science, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERPs and supply chain management systems (MRP, MPS, WMS, MES, CMMS, etc.).
- Knowledge of production processes and supply chain (Aggregate production planning, production scheduling, execution, interactions with WMS systems, etc.)
- It is important to have good analytical, communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of project management (Use of SCRUM methodologies, JIRA, etc.)
- Experience in analysis and work coordination tasks, requirements gathering and task planning.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Available for travel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- High level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and team leadership in the industrial sector.
- You will manage the technical and economic aspects of the projects, as well as the coordination of the technical team in the implementation of industrial products in the field of production (MES/MOM), logistics (WMS), maintenance (CMMS), quality (QMS) and advanced technologies (digital twin, big data, blockchain, etc.).
- You will monitor projects at the planning and task level (SCRUM methodology), ensuring their correct execution, both in terms of meeting deadlines and project milestones, as well as in quality, based on the requirements agreed in the commercial offer.
- You will coordinate with the client in all aspects necessary for the correct execution of the projects.
- You will carry out internal coordination with the technical area in all aspects necessary for the correct execution of the projects.
- Report on the progress status of the projects and their incidents to the Industry 4.0 manager.
- You will generate new ideas/concepts for technological development jointly with top-level partners and identify new business opportunities in the area of interest.
- Participation in training programs, career plans and evaluation of personnel in the Industry 4.0 team.
