ADDITIONAL DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION ON THE USE OF CAMERAS IN ESTABLISHMENTS

This information completes with all the details the basic information that appears on the notice sign of the existence of cameras in the establishments. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016), you are informed:

Purpose of the processing	The personal data collected through the cameras may be processed for the purpose of video surveillance: The image and voice data obtained are processed to guarantee and preserve the safety of people, goods and facilities.
Categories of interested parties	Personal data of visitors (including clients, potential clients, employees, personnel of supplier companies, etc.) that may be captured through video surveillance cameras and, consequently, that access and/or transit through the video-monitored areas identified by the Controller with the corresponding sign or informative notice will be subject to processing.
Legitimation	The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the Controller indicated above to control and monitor its establishments and facilities, protect the people and goods that are in them, all in accordance with article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation.
Recipients	Data transfers to third parties are not foreseen in general, except to attend to possible requirements of the authorities and, when necessary, to the entities of the Group to which the controller belongs for internal administrative purposes. Likewise, the data may be communicated to our trusted suppliers who will act as data processors exclusively for operations related to the indicated purposes. In particular, to the security company/s subcontracted for the camera management and surveillance service, authorized to access the recorded images from the control post where the video surveillance system will be installed. In no case is the transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area foreseen.
Expected conservation periods	The personal data corresponding to the images recorded for video surveillance purposes will be kept for a maximum period of one month for viewing by authorized personnel (Security and Personnel managing the facilities), unless the recording is necessary for judicial actions, as well as for the investigation, analysis and/or resolution of incidents.
Rights of the interested parties	The interested party has the following rights: Access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, opposition, withdrawal of consent and/or other rights as applicable, by writing to info@geprom.com You also have the right to complain to the following control authority if you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data: Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es)
