Geprom, in collaboration with ProMéxico, will host a workshop next Wednesday, October 3, where attendees will experience real-time success cases from Industry 4.0. The event will take place at the EBC (Escuela Bancaria Comercial) in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Mexican industry is facing new challenges brought on by the digital transformation sweeping across global manufacturing. Industrial digitalization has become a necessary step for companies seeking to increase efficiency, quality, and safety; enhance competitiveness in international markets; and embrace a mindset of innovation and long-term commitment to the future.
The session will feature leading companies and organizations from the sector, showcasing real-world success cases implemented in the most demanding industries—industries that have already begun their journey toward the Smart Factory. The discussion will also be enriched by the challenges and questions posed by the audience.
Event Objective
The main goal of the event is to present attendees with real success stories that apply new technologies in digital transformation—particularly in process digitalization and automation—achieving increased production efficiency, greater transparency, and improved product and process traceability and quality.
Throughout the morning, speakers will share their expertise and insights. On one hand, Ciateq, a Mexican technology center, will speak about the added value of developing technology for manufacturing, with a focus on new IoT technologies within the industrial environment. On the other hand, Geprom, acting both as a speaker and co-organizer, will be represented by its CEO Dario Cesena, who will present key innovations in the field of the Smart Factory.
