Industrial Control Tower

Drive strategic decisions in real time through centralized and automated visualization of plant data.

What is an Industrial Control Tower and What is it for?

Do you have multiple systems, plants or data… but no unified vision?

An industrial control tower or UOC (Unified Operations Control) allows you to consolidate all critical operation data into a single visual and intelligent platform. From production, quality and energy, to maintenance, logistics or security.

At Geprom | Part of Telefónica Tech, together with our strategic partners Siemens, Aveva and Germanedge, we implement this type of solution to connect areas, factories and management teams under a single vision of operational reality.

Turn your data into decisions. Align your operation with business objectives. Centralize. Visualize. Optimize.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the UOC Require Replacing My Current Systems?

No. It is an integration layer, not a replacement. It leverages existing systems (MES, SCADA, CMMS, ERP…) to offer a global vision without redoing your digital architecture.

Can a TOC be Implemented Progressively?

Yes. It is fully scalable. You can start with a plant or area (e.g., production or maintenance) and progressively expand towards multi-area and multi-site corporate supervision.

How Does the UOC Help in Daily Decision-Making?

It relates technical, production, energy, and financial data to provide context. With consolidated dashboards and real-time vision, it allows you to detect patterns, identify root causes, and prioritize actions with greater precision.

Is the OUC Designed Only for Managers or also for Plant Personnel?

For both. The role-based dashboards allow an operator to see their lines, a quality manager to see their events, and a director to see the global KPIs. The OUC connects all levels of the organization.
